I didn't buy a car here, but I did need emergency service to my Nissan while I was travelling on I-94. I rolled in there with my Sentra shaking and shuddering, terrified it was something major. I had another 10 hours of driving ahead of me! Anyway they took a look, found the (relatively minor) problem, and had me back on the road in about two hours. The waiting room was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with popcorn, freshly baked cookies, coffee, and water. I arrived fighting back tears of panic and an empty stomach, and left with a full stomach, a fixed and cleaned car, and feeling confident about the repair. more

I just purchased a 2015 Pathfinder on December 27. I was very pleased with Rachel my salesperson who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and took me on the best test drive I have ever had. I felt like I actually got to feel the car and ride in different conditions. Adam the finance person is a rock star and will go the extra mile to get you the financing and payment that you want and need. I am hoping I don't have any problems like the other reviewers but am confident that Chesterton Nissan will continue to handle my purchase in the professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner they have so far. Loving my Pathfinder! more

I've had the run around several times in the past. I understand that I do not have great credit, but I have several years of car payment without being late. I was very pleased that the sales manager was able to get me financed directly through Nissan! I have a high interest rate now, but I am going to continue to make my car payments on time and I will be back to your dealership next year to trade this vehicle and get another one with a better interest rate. I really like the fact that my relationship with Nissan is what matters the most. I hope to have a very long relationship with you guys and I am looking forward to seeing you guys next year. I will also tell everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to check you guys out. more

We came to Nissan looking for a new car that gets good gas mileage and still has a spare tire. We found both in the 2015 Versa that we purchased. Rachel was most helpful. we just told her what we were interested in ,and we drove it home that day. We are repeat customers. We purchased a previously owned vehicle from Rachel. So when we returned we sought out Rachel. The experience was a joy. more
