Brian was very friendly and professional in his approach. He worked patiently with us to identify the desirable trim package and options we wanted on our new Escape. Upon completion, he researched his inventory and found a near match to our requirements, set the test drive, and we completed the sale after the final option to meet all our requested desires (19"" wheels) were added to our Escape. Prior to this purchase, we engaged this dealership for the purchase of our previously owned 2011 Ford Edge. Their lack of effort during that experience resulted in us purchasing our vehicle at another dealership.
