I had a particular color of car interior in mind with certain features. Zak talked to me about the pros of going with a darker interior. Paul also pointed out that another car I was looking at from another dealer was much older than the car at Rohrman Ford. I'm glad they assisted in this manner. I felt I finally got a decent price after quite a bit of discussion.\r more

Our main salesman, Nick, seemed like a good guy, with a pleasant personality, very helpful. The other guys with whom we dealt had that ""slick car-salesman"" aura about them and at times we felt we were being hustled, especially in the high-pressure attempt to sell us various add-on protection packages. Dealing with Nick was just fine; the rest we just tolerated because we wanted the vehicle. This was the 10th Ford vehicle we have purchased.\r more

The experience was good. We ended up buying an explorer and were pleased with the whole process. The sales process took some time, as it always does at a busy dealership, but we got the vehicle we wanted at a great prices. So, I have to give them a very good rating.\r more
