Through the years, I have purchased eight (8) Lexus vehicles from Arlington Lexus in Palatine. Our saleman has either been Mark Burdeen or Jim Cooper. Both of these gentlemen have always been a pleasure to work with and have made our sales experience very pleasurable. Also, your service department is second to none. Tim Webb and all of the other service managers have always been extremely accomodating. I make my 5000 mile appointments with Tom Prondzinski and have never been disappointed. My car is taken in on time and always returned on time. Tom always explains service done. I must add, that our salesman Mark Burdeen was very professional\r when buying our car and always greets us with a smile to says hello when we go in for a car wash. I had a unusual sound coming from the drivers-side window when the window is closing. It turned out to be a couple of loose screws. It was fixed, works great and got a car wash to boot. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Thx!\r more

My experience with this dealership was actually fun. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. My sales rep was David Erickson and what a pleasure it was working with him. I was doing some old school haggling with him and it seemed like he was enjoying it. How cool is this I bought one of the Rohrmans personal cars not to many people can say that. I say if you want a great car buying experience you need to go to Bob Rohrmans.
