Stay Away From These Crooks! 2/13/2013

My car was damaged in an accident and the insurance company recommended that I take my vehicle to Bob Montgomery's Collision Center. My passenger side door and mirror were damaged in the accident. After picking up my vehicle none of the electronics were working on the passenger side door, my immobilizer was malfunctioning, and my alarm system wasn't working. I contacted Allen and he told me to take my vehicle to a dealership. After doing those they are refusing to repair the damage they caused. Stay away from these crooks! They will break your car more than any accident ever could. more

Pleasent Experience 6/22/2012

The guys at Bob Montgomery were very helpful. They weren't overly aggressive like many car salesmen can be. They were friendly and really listened to what I wanted and needed in a car. Not only did they help me find the car that fit me, but my payments ended up being very affordable. Kudos to Scott Rose! more

They made buying a car almost enjoyable! 8/8/2005

It's not usually a pleasant experience shopping for and buying a used car. It's even worse, as a general rule, when you're a woman. The guys at Bob Montgomery made the whole process easy and pleasant! This place was definitely worth the short drive across town to Dixie Highway. I test drove the car, negotiated a deal on my trade in and was out the door in one evening after work! I even got an awesome deal. I don't have great credit AND I was buying a used car. How did I get a low interest rate?! I don't know, but I did so I'm cool with it. I highly recommend Bob Montgomery's to anyone shopping for a car. more
