I have been a client for years and have always found him to be helpful and responsive to both answering questions and helping me sort out the best option for my situation. It's so nice to have immediate access to a local agent that can provide actual answers to my problems, rather than being directed to an offshore call center like other companies do. Consistent & excellent service 3/2/2011

Thanks for all the years of excellent help. I would not change ins. co. or agents if they paid me to or if I got a lower rate. This kind of service to me is more important than a few dollars less in premiums. more
