Breakfasts are as good as anywhere in town. Sausage gravy and biscuits are outstanding. All breakfast items are very good and consistant. Service is good but the young servers may forget an occasional extra request. Memphis is just now begining to find this chain so there is not usuallya wait like at Cracker Barrel. Soggy food and slow service 12/31/2002

I went to Bob Evans once, and will most likely never go back. It's a crime and shame that this place was named as one of Memphis' top breakfast destinations! Trust me, peopleeven Shoney's was 10 times better! I would pick a gas station's sausage biscuit over this place anyday! The food was hardly edible, the service was slow (and they brought the wrong orders), and the atmosphere resembled a poor-man's Cracker Barrell crossed with a Midwestern old-folks home. Pros: Not too expensive, good for kids, fairly clean Cons: depressing atmosphere, service=many mistakes, gross food more

Tired of Cracker Barrel? 8/21/2002

This is a lot like cracker barrel but better. I like that it is nt sooo crowded and boring(same old stuff). You have the same country atmosphere with items,recipes,food to buy. What I like better is the menu selection. There is more variety and it changes! You have to ty their biscuits-n-gravy. The best I have EVER tasted! Then on your way out..grab the recipe and biscuit mix so you can try it at home!=) Pros: good selection, great service, not too crowded Cons: clean, good parking more

delightful 8/10/2002

I found the restaurant to be very pleasing. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and the servings were more than plenty. We were seated and served in reord time even though the restaurant was quite crowded. Pros: fast service, easily located Cons: crowded, difficult parking more
