My husband and I recently went here and had service performed on one of our vehicles. This was our second time going to this location and we have no plans on going anywhere else for our service needs. Not only did they do a great job getting our vehicle serviced extremely quickly, they even charged us significantly less than what they had estimated because they were able to fix a part instead of having to replace it. A woman by the name of Lenny Jo Funk was our service advisor and she was absolutely phoneomenal. So polite and professional. She educated us on things we were even unaware of about our car and different service options and plans that were available that would save us money. We HIGHLY recommend Bob Caldwell on Morse Rd. We wouldn't go anywhere else. more

No integrity! I purchased a 2yr old car from them that eats through front tires due to bad struts. Obviously this is something that should have been found during their 118 inspection I was told they do on their used cars. Called Doug, the sales manager, and he told me all they inspect is the frame and brakes. So the inspection went from a 118 point inspection to a 2 point inspection. They refused to make things right, in turn losing my respect and business with them. more

I purchased a used Chrylser Aspen through the sales department recently. I must say I couldnt be happier with the service that I recieved at the time of sale. Since then I have come back for an oil change and the services were completed in 25 minutes through a new program they have titled ""The Express Lane"". The service was excellent and prompt. I would highly recommend Bob Caldwell to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I came to the dealership at 6pm and finished at 9:30pm. They closed at 8pm and were more than willing to stay and finish paperwork, so I could take my vehicle that night. Antonio was my sales rep and he was Fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and went over all the details of my new van purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. So thankful to those in financing, Jim R and John E, thanks for making sure I got the best deal possible!! It's greatly appreciated. Steve S. Great salesman, horrible manager 4/18/2011

I just bought a SUV from bob caldwell in Columbus, OH and the sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with, but the manager was a complete bitch!! She would not budge with the price on the vehicle. The salesperson tried to talk to her but she would not even listen. In front of customers she was a bitch and would not even listen to them without walking away. The vehicle had a dent in it, missing backseat headrests but she wouldn't lower the cost of the vehicle. The cost of headrests are $150 a piece and we need 3 of them. She has very poor business savy. more

Watch your wallet in the service dept.! 2/26/2009

I would think that if you plan to promote your service and repair business by sending out coupons for discounted basic services, that you would do the best job possible to encourage satisfied customers who look forward to returning for more great service. NOT SO with Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge! We took our Dodge van in for oil & lube and some opinions about future repairs. We had to fight for the ""deal"" promoted by the coupon and felt we were being gouged at estimates for other services. The staff at check out were pleasant, but otherwise those in the garage at check-in were not. So much for spending money on your promotion, we're not coming back. more
