Baot House Row RUles 7/26/2002

Boat house Row is part of the history of Philadelphia that is still apart of the everyday person. Kelly Drive brings together differents schools, states, and countries to compete in regattas on the famous Shuykill River. If Boat House Row wasn't apart of Philadelphia then I would very disappointed because I one of many who is down on Kelly Drive almost everyday for rowing.
