Fast repair 12/22/2011

There was a recent situation with my hot water heater and when I notified boardwalk they had someone over to deal with it very quickly. I was without hot water for a very short time before they had the unit replaced. I was glad they were so helpful and speedy about the repair. more

The unit I moved into had some carpet that I was not happy with. Boardwalk dealt with the owner to have it replaced and I didnt have to do much at all, they handled it all. more

8 great months 9/21/2011

For the last 8 months I have rented a Boardwalk property. I had a problem with a water heater once that was fixed within hours. Other than that there have been no problems and I have been very happy with the property. I will be signing another lease if the property is still available. more

I was new to the area and boardwalk helped me find a great place near work. They helped a lot with the paperwork and took plenty of time showing me places. They fixed the garbage disposal an hour after I called about. so far, so good. more

This management company has seen to my needs, stupid questions and requests for a very long time now. They always make sure I am taken care of and treat me more like a customer than a paycheck. thanks for the compassion and the good work. more

Diligent company 7/6/2011

Boardwalk has had 2 homes of mine for about 3 years. They are very diligent when it comes to any issue at all. The follow through is great and anything that comes up is handled quickly and professionally. more

I looked at a place managed by this company and decided to move in - the process was simple and the people were kind. I had a couple of minor issues with paint, garage door opener, etc. however they were dealt with promptly and I have not had a problem since. more

Solid Management! 6/13/2011

The place I lived at before this was a maintenance nightmare because of poor management. Boardwalk is on top of their business. No issues at all after moving into this property. Any message I leave is answered in 20 minutes every time so far. Finally a place where I can just pay the rent and leave the worrying to some one else. more

Boardwalk Real Property management has made my renting experience so great. It’s only been a few months and I can’t believe the quality of service. In contrast to may last management company they are a breath of fresh air. more
