Great Screening 9/27/2011

They manage a rental for me in Kendall County and it is always in great shape. A few moths ago it was vacant for a few weeks longer than I wanted it to be, however they stayed on top of everything to ensure they found they best tenant for me. I appreciate the attention to detail when screening tenants. more

Great 8 months! 9/21/2011

For the last 8 months I have rented a Boardwalk property. I had a problem with a water heater once that was fixed within hours. Other than that there have been no problems and I have been very happy with the property. I will be signing another lease if the property is still available. more

Very Happy 9/14/2011

I would have liked to get more of my deposit back, however I understood why I didn't because they had to re-paint almost every room in the house, etc. However, throughout the time that I lived in the house, they were very responsive to my needs and were very easy going when it came to letting me paint, change some of the landscaping in the backyard, etc. If I move back to the area I will turn to Boardwalk first to see if they have any homes available. more

Got a lot of my deposit back!!! 9/9/2011

Great to work with, I recently moved out of a place I was renting from Boardwalk (only because I had to move to Dallas for work) and the move out process was great. I really tried my best to ensure the home was in great condition when I moved out and it payed off. I received about 80% of my deposit back which I was completely happy with! Thanks Boardwalk, if I ever venture back to the SA area I will come to you first! more

Responsible Management! 8/15/2011

As an owner I love the online access I have to my account. I can keep track of all of the financial transactions involved with my rental, which is a huge convenience for me. I live in Dallas, but have a rental managed my Boardwalk in San Antonio; it is reassuring to have responsible management take care of the property so that I do not have to visit the home as frequently as I did in the past. more

Boardwalk has had 2 homes of mine for about 3 years. They are very diligent when it comes to any issue at all. The follow through is great and anything that comes up is handled quickly and professionally. more

Theres nothing like sitting back and waiting for the money to roll in. It feels like that with my rental property and Boardwalk management. They take care of everything and I take the checks. They embody the reason I purchased another property to begin with and make that dream possible for me. more

I looked at a place managed by this company and decided to move in - the process was simple and the people were kind. I had a couple of minor issues with paint, garage door opener, etc. however they were dealt with promptly and I have not had a problem since. more

Solid Management! 6/13/2011

The place I lived at before this was a maintenance nightmare because of poor management. Boardwalk is on top of their business. No issues at all after moving into this property. Any message I leave is answered in 20 minutes every time so far. Finally a place where I can just pay the rent and leave the worrying to some one else. more

Boardwalk has handled my rental property for several years now and they have been great every step of the way. The approach me on issues that need my attention but handle items that they should on there own. They have been very organized in handling my property and I appreciate their hard work. more

Good experience 5/18/2011

As a tenant I had a good experience with Boardwalk. They were attentive to my requests and always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to rent from Boardwalk as long as deemed necessary. more
