I just got the new condo which managed by this company one month ago. I called them a couple of times at the first two weeks, but no one answered the phone. When we moved in, the guy told us that we did not have the right to move in. All the process related to new owner are very very slow. Here is an example. I left the voice message and emailed them regarding the Phone Connection Issue within the building, they back to me after four hours, and said that it is not their responsibility. There is no checklist for the new owner, and the association assistant also does not have the knowledge about it.
