I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner...
I had filled out a form online for more information on health insurance. Some how this company got my home number from it. I answered the phone to a man saying "I'm calling from Group Benefit Resources. You haven't checked your email lately have you?" I was beyond offended. When I told the man that was a very rude question and please not to call again, he said "Hey, you contacted me lady" and hung up.
There are too many companies looking for clients than to deal with one that does not have good customer service skills and lacks manners generally.
