After getting glasses that were done to his prescription and verifying with store that the prescription in the glasses was as written, I went back to Boaldin to get the problem fixed. They checked the prescription in the glasses and immediately saw that the glasses were made to the prescription he wrote. Then they had me do a quick eye test with the new glasses. I could barely make out the E on the chart. It's obvious that he wrote the wrong prescription. When I finally get in to see him, he's only concerned about covering his mistake. When I try to explain what I'm seeing, he cuts me off. He eventually writes a new prescription that is drastically different from the original prescription he wrote. I don't even care that he made the mistake. I'm just mad that he seemed to take his frustration out on me. Here's a novel idea--if you make a mistake, own up to it. Sheesh, be a man, Boaldin!
