""We are very satisfied tenants of BMD Rentals, We orginally leased a new built home at 116 Taylors Court in Camden County and it is a beautiful house. Every detail was taken care of before we moved in. I called the office once for a sticky screen door to the deck and they replaced it within a day of the call. The only negative of this home was the lack of seeding for the yard, very sandy, but hopefully this spring will bring a nicer lawn. When a larger house in the same community became available at 106 Taylors Court we contacted Mary at BMD to tell her of our interest in this home for the larger garage. We were able to move in within a month and now are very happy here also. Minor repairs were taken care of as soon as we told them what was needed with no hesitation. As far a negative I would have to say the only thing would be that there are not more locations being handled by BMD Rentals especially apartments/Condos and waterfront properties. I deceided to move from the big city, I started looking for a home to rent in the Elizabeth City, Camden area. A friend recommended BMD Rentals as a nice friendly Real Estate company and they were right!!!. The people in the office were real nice to me and my family. We were able to find a nice home in Camden and in a nice friendly neighborhood that was close to the river and just a short distance to Elizabeth City. The home was clean and well maintained. On one occasion we had a maintenace issue and we called the office and a maintenance person was at our door within a couple of hours and repaired the problem and he was very professionial. If you are looking for a single family home call BMD rentals. But if you are looking for an apartment you will not find one because they only offer homes for rent. We rented a nice 3 bedroom house. The house was on a large lot in a small subdivision. The house was well maintained. Pros: Nice house Cons: Lawn maintenance required. more

We moved there solely for the freedome of being in the country and to have some space. We chose bmd because they had a nice price for the house but their constant need to inspect the property and drive by to make sure that the lawn was cut perfectly was a bad sign. Then when we moved out they charged us horrendous fees for breaking the lease for military pcs. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Pros: Country air Cons: They inspect often more
