Have lost track how many times I have used them but never have had the need to go some where else. I am a picky individual and it is rare that I can say I have received such quality service. more

I rent there every weekend...there is no woman that even works there....I deliver pizza on the weekends and they let me rent for my delivers....Its like my family i see on the weekends....I wouldn't ever go anywhere else............. more

BMC has lost its family feel 6/3/2009

I was referred by a local dealership to rent from BMC due to cost and service. Might I say how shocked I was with the rates and while I was waiting on my information for cost, was I shock in how rude the customer service rep was speaking to a customer. If I had been that customer I would have thrown the keys at them. I called the dealership back and let them know how costly they have become and if this is a family business....their idea of family is not what most people would expect. I can only thank my lucky stars, there are other opions and might I say at $60 dollars savings with major company and unlimted miles. Shop before you are stuck more

I highly recommend this company. They are easy to deal with and have better rates than the big company. You won't get the service that you get here or the ease of renting at the big name companies.They will even pick you up. more

Friendly Guys 4/10/2007

I have known Bill for years, He started in '71 with working on cars, then finally now all he does is rent, lease and sell cars. I even bought one of the rentals I drove when my car was totalled in an accident. When I went in that day sore from the wreck I genuinely believe they cared. They have been a true neighbor. One lady in the review wrote of a woman as a manager there? I don't think there has ever been a lady manager there, I believe it is Bill's son? more

rude manager 11/17/2005

The lady that works here is on a power trip. She has gotten rude with me on several occasions. I go in here because if love their products. I just feel that she could be a little more nicer, especially since she is the head person in charge. She is always throwing up that she is the manager and that's how they do things in "her" store. When the questions i ask has nothing to do with her power over the store. She's just rude in my opinion. more
