Quaint & Unique Bridal Salon 2/13/2010

I have been to many bridal salons with friends and family in Austin and have never had the amazing experience I had at Blush Bridal. Like others, I drove by it a few times and it caught my eye. A wedding dress being such an important and large purchase, I think it is important to be comfortable when doing so and that is what the ladies at Blush Bridal Lounge made my family, friends and myself. The first time I went was on a last minute whim with two of my bridesmaids and mom. We had come straight from another bridal salon and instantly had a better vibe when we walked in. We all agreed that this was the place I would find my wedding dress and it was!! They had a great selection that wasn't overwhelming and in reasonable price ranges. There was plenty of room for the 4 people I brought with me on my second visit and they were very accommodating. As others have mentioned, I didn't have to "parade" around the store or salon in my dresses, yet got to have a private appointment with my own consultant. I would suggest Blush Bridal Lounge to any bride way above and beyond any bridal salon in Austin. I am so excited we found it! Pros: Quaint & Unique Cons: None more

All Brides Must Come Here!!! 2/13/2010

It is often difficult to know where to go for the perfect wedding dress. I of course had not ever shopped for a wedding dress. I was lucky enough to know of Blush Bridal Lounge. Not only will you find THE dress you will get expert advice and the BEST bridal dress venue experience in Austin. I went to a few other shops where I picked my dresses, went behind a curtain then came out in front of everyone in the boutique! Sometimes the dresses you want may not be the most flattering but none the less if you wanted to look at yourself you had to come out in front of everyone there! At Blush you get your own consultant that is there for you only, your own room where you, your mother, bridesmaids etc...get to hang out in a lovely private room where they can be the only ones to see you in your dresses, your consultant actually helps you into the dresses (as you shop for dresses you will find this to be a tremendous help!), and your consultant WILL find the dress that is most flattering for your body type. The dress I chose wasn't exactly what I had in mind but compared to all the dresses in Austin the one my consultant picked for me was the most flattering, perfect dress I had ever placed on my body. As a bride to be it is wonderful you feel like that about something so important! Pros: Best Bridal Boutique in Town! Cons: None more

Loved This Place! 2/10/2010

I loved Blush. I have driven by it many times and I finally stopped in one day, and Erica gladly helped me even though I didn't have an appointment. Both ladies are awesome and so friendly and knowledgable. The dresses are GORGEOUS and all up to date and in fashion. Erica could easily pick out the dresses I loved with almost no help from me. She was very easy going, fun and she definitley knew what she was talking about. She would make any bride feel comfortable and make dress shopping an awesome experience. I love this cute little place and I have nothing but good things to say about it!!!! FABULOUS 2/1/2010

Wow. The first time i walked into Blush, i was just stunned, it was the most beautiful set up, the wooden floors, fireplace and the headpieces, the wallpaper and the gowns in eyes view, it was just brilliant. The further i got in the store the more i feel in love, even the bathroom was gorgeous, everything was so vintage. Now, the dresses. UNBELIEVABLE. So Beautiful and just perfect. The owner was fabulous, she knew what she was talking bout and she was extremely nice and did exactly what a bridal owner/consultant should do. Her assistant was also very very helpful, knew what she was doing, very organized, and help sell the dress. Blush is defiantly on TOP! Best in Austin. Pros: They are all about customer service! more

Sweet selection with variety of price range and nice staff 1/21/2010

Although I did not get my wedding dress from this shop, I have to say that the staff were very nice and I like having a private fitting room so that I wasn't showing myself in front of a room of complete strangers and other brides. The selection was a little small and only from a few designers but they were greatly varied in price range and were very different and unique in their styles if you don't want to look like the "typical" bride. I just couldn't find a dress that would fit my beach wedding although there was one I was seriously considering. Pros: Private fitting room Cons: small selection from only few designers more

First of all I want to start this of by saying that I traveled to both Houston and Austin to search for my wedding gown. I had no idea what to excpect from this experience I was thinkning champagne and mimosas like in the movies I guess haha. Out of every place I went to none even came close to what Blush Bridal has going on. Pros: cupcakes and pixi stix need I say more ;) Cons: absouloutely NONE more

Beautiful dresses & great customer service! 1/21/2010

I came into Blush on a whim, after a long day of hunting for wedding dresses in various bridal stores around central Austin. I didn't have a reservation, but was warmly welcomed in and able to get a one-on-one fitting. As I was looking through their selection, I could tell that they had many high quality dresses, even if they didn't have a large selection of designers. I thought I wanted dresses with lace, but Erica suggested I try on one with some crystal beading. I was skeptical at first, but as soon as I tried it on, I fell in love! Erica also provided a variety of sashes and veils to mix and match with the dress, which was really helpful. Because it was closing time, I had to leave soon after arriving, but Erica told me that my favorite dress's designer was having a trunk show the following weekend and immediately booked me an appointment. Best, Best, Best 12/31/2009

After searching and scouring the city of Austin (and all outlying areas) for the perfect dress (and some boutiques leaving a bad taste in my mouth) I decided to wait till this little gem opened before making my final decision on what gown to purchase, and am I glad I did!! I was the very first customer on the very first day they opened and I found THE dress (you know, the one that takes your breath away, and makes all the other gowns you've tried on a distant blurry memory)!! So, needless to say I also became the very first sale for this amazing establishment. I had impeccable service from an adorable and helpful sales associate and the owner, Erica, who made me feel like she had been waiting her whole life to make just this one day in my life the best day she possibly could. She succeeded. Thank you Blush Bridal for making this experience so special, and for genuinely caring about my needs, my budget, and my style. Love you guys, and I can't wait to put my dress on!!! I came into this shop because I read all the reviews. It was a cute shop and all but the dresses weren't amazing. The people were friendly enough. As I was looking again through the reviews though It seemed kind of strange that all the reviews were back to back and said some of the same things, I'm not really interested in places that feel the need to self promote. Great Bridal Shop in Austin! 12/2/2009

Blush Bridal Lounge is a great place to shop for both wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. The ladies who work there made me right at home and well taken care of. The prices are great too- I couldn't believe how affordable the beautiful gowns were. Pros: Beautiful dresses and great ambience Cons: All samples were very small sizes- under a size 6 more

Best bridal shop in Texas 11/17/2009

Blush bridal lounge should be the first and only wedding dress shop to go to! Everything from the ambience, service, and dress selection is top notch. It is such a cute boutique and I haven't found this level of personalized service anywhere else (and I tried on 80+ dresses in NYC and DC). Not to mention that the dresses are very affordable- but look like the ones that sell for 2-3x more. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Best Bridal Shop in Austin 11/13/2009

This was the last bridal store I decided to try in Austin and I fell in love! Walking into many of the other stores in Austin I instantly became overwhelmed with the 100s and 100s of dresses packed so tightly on racks that you can't see the beauty of each dress. As I walked into the cute boutique set up at Blush the girls were super nice and helpful. They have just enough dresses to where you will be able to find your perfect dress at a very affordable price. Lindsey was absolutely awesome! She was so helpful and honest about every dress I put on. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting a stress free and amazing dress shopping experience. Make this your first stop! 11/12/2009

Blush Bridal is a newer boutique in Austin. It is fairly small compared to the "warehouse" shops, so you won't be spending hours combing through racks. However, it really should be your first stop. If you don't end up finding a dress here that you love, at least they will be helpful in giving you ideas of what you want and for setting a very high standard of customer service. No where else seemed to come near the level of service at Blush Bridal. Lucky for me, I also found my perfect dress here! more

Erica and Amanda provide execeptional service to their clients with a couture boutique inventory. Their welcoming atmosphere should be experienced by anyone who is getting married. Blush Bridal Lounge was fantastic to work with on the Nuptials Essentials Fashion Show!! . They showed an amazing array of the services they can provide! I was really impressed with the overall styling they created. The complete look they created from jewelry to headpieces- was unique and inspiring!
