LOVE these guys....!!! Could not say enough about the awesome job they have always done (when I was a Ferndale local many moons ago) and even recently when I called from Seattle to have a RUSH (and I mean RUSH) order put together for my mom's 65th B-day... with exactly the kind of colours and flowers she loves, stylized with flare and working with a decent price range... My mom raved and raved for days about the flowers, as did her co-workers. She left the flowers at the retail space nearby for two weeks and they lasted and lasted, with so many people raving, too. The phone service was amazing, the delivery service was extremely personable and warm, and professional. BRAVO!!! Love you guys and thanks from two brothers (expat michiganders) living in Seatle who wanted to make our mom feel special from almost 3,000 miles away. :-) more

Love this florist! 10/11/2011

I love Blumz! No matter the occasion they have always exceeded our needs, delivery or pickup! I love the Ferndale location they have a fantastic selection and a very helpful staff. They're not afraid to try new looks or do something more traditional. It's one of the few places where I can say ""this is how much I want to spend, this is the occasion, go"" and I know I won't be disappointed. more

Amazing Wedding Flowers! 12/6/2010

Blumz, and Rochelle in particular, was amazing to work with for my wedding flowers! They were so helpful and creative! We had little idea of what we wanted when we first met with Rochelle, but she took what we said and ran with it. They even took the time to do a sample arrangement for us to preview, complete with linens and place settings. Everything was beautiful, and made our wedding beautiful! The flowers and linens arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Additionally, Rochelle responded to every phone call and email immediately. We knew we were in good hands, and trusted her completely! more

Whimsical and Elegant 8/29/2010

Rochelle at Blumz by JR Designs was a great help. She understood the look and the color pallet I wanted for the for my wedding. Her suggestions were spot on. I was floored by my flowers. The hydrengias in the church flurished for the whole day. The alter arangements lasted through the summer heat and my family told me I had the prettiest boutiques they had ever seen. more

FABULOUS WEDDING FLOWERS AND MORE! 3/4/2010

Everyone at Blumz are ABSOLUTELY amazing!! At our very first meeting they 'got' what we were envisioning and ran with it! Not only did EVERYTHING they did meet our expectations, but totally EXCEEDED them by a mile! ALL the flowers were INCREDIBLE, the tables - linens, dishes, down to the candles were FANTASTIC, the mens tuxes - SUPERB and the overall set-up of the entire venue was - PERFECT!! I am a total perfectionist and VERY picky and we did not have ONE complaint about ANYTHING! They can do it all and they do it with flair! I will NEVER go anywhere else again! Pros: Attention to detail, prompt replies, creative, AMAZING Cons: Absolutely NONE! more

Robbin made my daughters wedding so extra special. He went above and beyond what we asked for to make it the wedding of the year. We recieved so many compliments. Thanks Robbin I will be a customer for life!!!!! more

Amazing wedding flowers 3/2/2010

We used Blumz for my sister's wedding. Robbin is fantastic and created an amazing wedding reception. The colors were perfect and the presentation was amazing. I highly recommend Blumz. more

Beautiful Wedding 3/2/2010

Blumz made my sisters wedding extra special! They listened to all of our ideas and made it all come together for one perfect day. They even managed to get Dahlias in the winter!! It was an event we won't forget and Blumz treated us like family. Pros: Personalized Service more

Holiday Party 12/22/2009

These were the most beautiful flowers, they really made a statement on all of the tables. I would recommend Blumz By JR Designs to anyone that wants an exquesite arrangement at their event. The service and staff are excellent, everything arrived on time as expected. I really can't say enough about the designs or the service. Pros: Most beautiful flowers ever!!!!! Cons: NONE!!! more

Great place for wedding flowers! 12/6/2009

Our wedding flowers were amazing! The bouquets were so beautiful and creative that they made great decorations for the reception. The flowers were still fresh the next day. They were delivered on time and were carefully packed. Highly recommended! Pros: creative design more
