I don't go out for breakfast often, but when I do I head here. I love the southwestern flair of many of their dishes and I like the fact that when we go for brunch you can choose from the breakfast or lunch menu. I am always torn what to order since I have so many favorites on the menu. I especially recommend their home-made chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy if it's on the special list. If they are sold out of that, I love the croque sandwich or the huevos rancheros. If I feel like lunch the buffalo chicken salad or macaroni and cheese are my go-to options. My vegetarian friends rave about the beet salad, but since I usually go with my friends for brunch and the bottomless mimosas, I want something ""bad!"" They also have a great beer and wine selection and a wonderful, friendly staff. You won't go wrong choosing this restaurant on your Sun Valley vacation or if you are a local like me.
