The first review I wrote was very positive. I left with a great cut and great color despite the vibe of the salon. Second time I went back, I left somewhat disappointed but too shy to say anything. My hairdresser seemed ""off"". I think she's a doll and I would go back to her despite the not so great color and cut but the salon needs some serious etiquette lessons. Salons are notorious for being snotty..I get it but when I'm spending almost 200 plus dollars and I've spent 600 dollars on my hair, I do expect courtesy. To get my last appt, I called the salon 3 times. Finally a call back. When I went in for my appt, I was not welcomed. I let it go. When I left, I looked like I had my hair frosted and my hair was uneven, not quite the look I was going for. I also woke up the next day with a fungus hive infection that lasted two weeks and was told that I did get it from someone or something. I had something similar prior to my appt from stress, but nothing like what I went through. I left an emergency message on the voicemail of the salon for my stylist, whom I ended up speaking to but the salon never called me back. Today when I went to make an appt to have it re-done, I just felt unwelcomed again and felt I needed to compromise what I wanted in order to get it fit in. I'd rather be told someone is unavailable. I also left a message on their vm and emailed them for an appt- granted not with a lot of time- so that's my doing.

Cons: Wanted to get out of there. Drove an hour to get there..Not worth it.
