My husband has been doing business with BVTS for over 10 years. He recently went in with a problem with our Stihl cutter. The service department called a tech off another job and the problem was identified and corrected then and there. On his way out he stopped by the parts department to pick up an ordered item and she had the part waiting for him because she had seen him walk by. EXCELLENT service and knowledgeable staff. We've tried other places and unfortunately quickly remember why BVTS has our business. more
