I love the doctors at Blue Valley Eyecare, Dr.Reiling, Dr.Erker and Dr.Brewer. I had the pleasure of seeing all three of them because of my complicated work schedule. They were so helpful and nice and made sure I was happy with my final contact lens prescription. Bless their patience with me. Highly recommended to all my family and friends. I am glad "" an inside source"" does NOT work there anymore, the staff is so friendly now. more

Dr. Reiling's new staff makes getting new glasses a treat! I have searched for the perfect frame for me for nearly a year. I finally went back to Blue Valley Eyecare where I have been a regular patient for 8 years. This new staff went out of their way to help me find exactly what I have been searching for. Unfortunately the only care that Dr. Reiling has when it comes to YOU as a patient is your MONEY and how much she can get you to $pend while providing the cheapest quality of service and product. Hello Blue Valley Eyecare, GOODBYE WALLET.... From yours truly, one amongst the handfuls of previous employees that worked with extreme fervor to help keep this office open and happy. If only Dr. Reiling could have shown her compassion and appreciation rather than bad-mouthing and financially screwing over those very people who helped her when she couldn't help herself....and she considers herself a Christian. more

My family and I have been using Blue Valley Eyecare since 2001. Blue Valley Eyecare was recommended to me by several co-workers when we moved to town and I strongly recommend Blue Valley Eyecare as well. \r \r I had an eye issue that was quickly and correctly diagnosed and was referred to a surgon who made the repair. \r \r The staff has been courteous, professional, and goes the extra step to coordinate with insurance making things easier for me and my family.\r \r In my experience they put me and my family first and foremost.\r \r Again, I strongly recommend Blue Valley Eyecare and Dr. Reiling to everyone. more

I've had two visits to Blue Valley Eye Care. One over a year ago, and the other just last month. Both visits were great. The tests and charges were explained, based on my insurance, and the exam went well. I recommend this office to anyone with no reservations. more

I couldn't agree more. The staff is very unprofessional. There have been numerous occasions where I have ordered contacts. When more than a week passes by and I haven't received a phone call that my contacts are in, I call back only to find out they were never ordered. The staff is not friendly and they act like it's a chore to help you when you come in for a visit. The worst part about one of my experiences is the smell of cigarette smoke on the hands of an optician giving my pre-tests. I find this highly inappropriate in a doctor's office. Another time I ordered contacts and I wanted them submitted to my insurance and they asked if I could just use the benefit the next time I ordered, because no one there at the time knew how to submit to insurance. \r \r The good news is that if you can get past the office staff, the experience with the doctor is good more

I went to this eye care provider and had one of the worst experiences ever. The check in process was the only thing which went smoothly.\r \r The woman who performed the initial tests on me before seeing the doctor was dressed like she should be standing on a street corner (skin tight jeans, high heeled boots and a tank top with her bra straps showing). Then she proceeded to complete additional testing on me which was not explained would be an additional charge with no orders from the doctor to do so. I hadn't even seen the doctor yet to even order the tests. Needless to say I got ready to check out the cost was 4 times more than what I was expecting or had budgeted for. Office staff there was very uncooperative and very rude. They could not understand why a patient would be upset in regards to being billed for tests which were not necessary and had not been approved since there was an additional cost attached.\r \r My second big mistake was going ahead and purchasing glasses from them. Woman who filled out the order and had me pay selected wrong options so now I am told I owe more money when I pick them up! This is a crock!!!\r \r Finally I called the office to check on the status of my glasses and Morgan (I believe this is what she said when she answered the phone) was very rude!\r \r I would not suggest anyone go here for services.
