My family just went with Blue Sky to see the bald eagles on the Skagit River and we had a blast! It was the end of the eagle season so we only saw 27 but they told us that we might not see many eagles when we booked last week and gave us the option of waiting until next year (which I thought was really nice of them - the gal on the phone seemed more concerned with us having a good time then making sure we bought a trip). We decided to go anyway and were glad we did, it was such a fun day! Our guide (I don't remember her name) was really nice and knew lots of information about the eagles and the salmon and the area. And had entertaining stories for us when we weren't seeing any eagles. She always kept an eye out as she told stories and would interrupt her story with ""Look over there!"" We were worried that the kids might get board but she made sure that didn't happen. We drank hot chocolate on the boat and took a bunch of pictures.
