Lots of great pastries to choose from. The eclairs are made with hand made pastry cream and a belgian chocolate glaze. The scones and danish are superb. Friends of mine suggested this bakery because of the soft scones and the fresh fruit tarts. A worker at the counter told me the scones stay moist and soft because fresh cream is used in the recipe; they are so much better than the dry brick like scones found everywhere else. They also serve my favorite coffee, Carrabassett coffee from Kingfield, Maine. The Rooster Roast rule!
