I have been a Realtor - Owner of a Real Estate Company since 2000 and in my experience Blue Ribbon Warranty is the WORST company out there to purchase a home warranty from. They do everything they can to not pay out on their warranties. I have had 4 clients recently that had items break down in the warranty time frame. They call in and Blue Ribbon doesn't call them back, and when they finally get a representative the get excuses and the run around like you would not believe a company in this line of business when even attempt. In 13 years I can't think of even one time that my clients were taken care of even when I stepped in to assist. WASTE OF MONEY. I recommend COLORADO HOME WARRANTY. Wonderful customer services, prompt, pays out on their warranty every time. Get a clue Blue Ribbon or go out of business. more
