When a restaurant decides what it's hours will be, it should be with the understanding that, until closing time, the restaurant will be ""open""-- it should not turn off its fryer (which shouldn't have eliminated ""pan-fried"" items from the menuanyway, unless the chef also turned off the pans) or cease to provide silverware, or otherwise create an environment in which customers are made to feel hurried or given a sense that they are encroaching upon staffperson's plans for the evening. There must be a big party in Coos Bay this Monday night--be safe dudes! The beer selection is good, the German food was passable. The pizza was one of the more pathetic things I've encountered in a restaurant. The neon sign outside was pretty much the highlight of this dining experience.
