Does not honor waranty 8/27/2019

My pool was re-tiled on 3/2015 but the tiles started falling off this year. Warranty is supposed to be 5 years. Called them several times. Although Hikmet answered the phone it was always call me back later or I'll come next week or this weekend. Of course he never showed. Marlboro customer more
