When I had BCBS a few years ago, I was not happy with their services (or lack thereof). However, after graduating college and losing my parents' insurance, I had no choice but to enroll in the insurance offered through my employer, BCBS. I now have to find new doctors or pay out of pocket! more

Hard for me to find coverage 5/27/2009

At the time that I had Blue Cross & Blue Shield insurance I lived in Dalton, which made it very hard for me to find doctors that accepted this insurance. Most doctors in Dalton accepted Alliance Insurance, but didn't take Blue Cross. My advice would be to always check coverage and acceptability before switching insurance companies. more
