These vets are the best! 3/14/2014

These vets are the best! My cat had breathing issues that were not easily diagnosed because his lungs were clear. Scariest thing to watch your pet struggle to breathe. He was in and out of the vet for three days. She was so very caring to both me and my cat James. I couldn't have asked for better care - and the cost was not astronomical. more

I really like the vets here. 2/26/2014

I really like the vets here. They immediately diagnosed my dog's foot yeast infection, which I'm not kidding you I've seen about 10 vets and only 1 other diagnosed it correctly. The others all were sure it was allergies. Come here you won’t regret it more

I have used Blue Cross 2/17/2014

I have used Blue Cross for our pet's healthcare for about 18 years. They have care for our puppies, and have administered end of life care for our old and sick pet's. All of the doctors and staff have been professional, informative, and compassionate. I do not give five stars lightly, but because of the importance of animals in our life I would not go to a veterinarian that did rate five stars in my personal estimation. more

I feel compelled 2/11/2014

I feel compelled to write about this clinic. We have gone there for nearly 25 years, after it being recommended by friends who had gone there nearly 5 years. During this time, we have had 3 dogs (2 Old English Sheepdogs and 1 LhasaPoo). Over time, I believe we have seen all the doctors. Each and every visit has been wonderful. The are all helpful and compassionate, including the receptionists and tech reps. My LhasaPoo can get very nippy, especially when his ears are in pain, and they take it all in stride. I would recommend anyone to this clinic at any time. more

I have used this vet 1/28/2014

I have used this vet clinic for two years now and have been very happy with the staff and the vets especially. They do recommend frequent vaccinations, but the vets understand that good owners don't need vaccinations as an excuse to bring their animals in for check ups. I've never been pressured by a vet to give vaccinations to adult animals once it's known that they had the full series at some point. more

All of the vets 1/28/2014

All of the vets are extremely conscientious, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been going there for 10 years and will continue as long as they are around. more

Love Blue Cross 12/5/2010

I have always been treated well at B C with all 3 of my dogs, 2 of them have since passed since my first visit. We usually see Dr Amy or Kathleen both have been very helpful, along with Deb.\r They have advised me, seen us on short notice, etc.. I think the one review stating that someone was ""lectured"" was a highlight for me. Perhaps that person needed to be lectured and I would rather have someone tell me the straight forward truth then beat arounfd the bush and save my feelings or risk making me angry..\r There are a lot of bad pet owners out there. more

Best Care Anywhere! 10/4/2010

I have been going here for 10 years now, referred by a friend who is a ""dog fanatic."" When I die I want to come back as her dog!\r \r I recently lost my dog through an accident, and they were as compassionate, caring, thorough yet conservative with expenses as possible. I found them to care a whole lot while not being ""mushy."" After losing my pet when he got referred for emergency surgery, they were very compassionate and remembered to mention him to me when bringing my new dog. They are enthusiastic with their support, truthful and honest and to the point, and inexpensive for their professional services.\r \r I have had to take my pet other places two times, and if I thought that was better for my animal I would not hesitate to change. I continue to come to all of the doctors at Blue Cross (I don't have a favorite), and trust them with my pet above anyone else. more

Just simply the Best... 10/27/2009

Dr Kristi and the staff at Blue Cross Animal have gone above and beyond for my pets. As the owner of a diabetic dog, now since passed away, I completely and absolutely trusted Dr. Kristi with his care. She was always compassionate, caring, and is very knowledgable. I now have a new puppy that I will only take to Dr. Kristi and the wonderful staff at BCAH. All of my animals have been well cared for at BCAH. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Pros: Friendly, caring, knowledgable & always goes out of her way more

Friendly, caring, knowledgable vet 9/15/2009

I am amazed to see someone post critical remarks regarding Dr. Flynn's bedside manner and almost wonder if they are confusing her with one of the other vets at this clinic. Dr. Flynn is friendly, genuinely interested in people and their animals. I would trust her with any of my dogs, implicitly. All of the work she has done on my dogs has been stellar. I would follow her to another clinic if she left. Please don't let that one negative review fool you. Pros: Friendly, caring, knowledgable vet more

My (and my dog's) trusted vet! 7/30/2009

Dr. Kristi has been absolutely wonderful to myself and my dog (a Bloodhound who is not a big fan of going to the vet) for three years now. She also treats my friend's Old English Sheep Dog. We both honestly feel she has taken the time to get to know both us and our dogs. When there is a health issue, she takes the time to research and explain treatment options, giving us the information we need. She is willing to recommend other facilities for things like physical therapy. She is very positive and upbeat, as well. I can't imagine anyone I'd trust more with my pet. Pros: Genuinely cares about animals AND people Cons: Clinic can get busy at times more

Run don't walk away 11/30/2006

This clinic was recommended by a trusted friend. The staff was very nice except for this vet. I realize some people who chose to work with animals do not have the best people skills. She would best fit into a research clinic where no human interaction was needed. Pros: location Cons: wow - I heard her lecture an owner in the waiting area - not a pro! more
