Everyone in the Arizona area dreads the crack or chip in your windshield. I highly suggest the $0 deductible for glass coverage on your car insurance. Why? Because you get to deal with a company like Blue Chip Auto Glass that is very prompt and courteous in a field where you might want to rip your hair out dealing with your insurance. A simple three way call with the insurance company and Blue Chip Auto Glass and you are on your way to a new windshield. Freddy was prompt and called 10 minutes out so I knew when to expect him. Not like those "cable/dish" guys who give you a 5 hour time frame and end up coming outside of what you scheduled. Very prompt! more

New Englander new to AZ 3/1/2013

Moved to AZ about a year and a half ago and heard the horror stories of cracks and chips on windshields but never experienced it. I made sure my insurance had the $0 deductible though just in case. One early morning on the 51 I hear a huge crack and I have a baseball sized crack from a semi. Wonderful! Called BlueChip Auto Glass and was easily walked through on how to get an appointment. Three way called with my insurance company and was set the next day for a new windshield. Freddy was very efficient and friendly and made sure every question I had was answered. Highly recommend BlueChip for windshield replacement! more

Fantastic Experience 1/5/2013

Had Freddy from Blue Chip come out yesterday and replace my windshield. No big deal other than great attitude, on-time, no hassles, and very professional. Very Satisfied Customer 11/20/2010

I received great service from this company. They came to my home, were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Two weeks later I called to report the sound of air on the windshield at highway speeds and they quickly came out and replaced the entire windshield. The repairmen were friendly and very professional. I got their name out of the Entertainment book and it was covered by my insurance. Thank you for a no hassle experience. more

Getting my windshield replaced by Gorilla Auto Glass was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were friendly and professional and really know how to take care of their customers! The guy who installed my windshield was on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. He also took the time to explain everything, especially the do's and don'ts of what to do after it was installed. I received my $50 rebate check within a week. I won't go anywhere else! more

I used Gorilla Glass to replace the windshield of my Mitsubishi Outlander. I picked the company after doing quite a bit of research. The company had many positive reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Well, their service was above what I expected. They were flexible in their appointments, confirmed the appointment, called to update me on the crew’s location, and showed up right on time. The work they did was amazing! My new windshield looks perfect. I would recommend Gorilla Auto Glass to everyone! more

Gorilla Saved Me! 4/1/2010

My Mercedes was vandalized yesterday - someone broke my rear windscreen and one side door glass. Gorilla had me up and running the same day! I couldn't believe it. Professional,friendly and knowledgable staff. You can tell that they know what they are doing and care about satifying their customers. I'm pretty picky about who I let touch my S500 but could tell that Fred had seen a few Mercedes in his day and was meticulous in his technique. I won't go anywhere else for auto glass.
