I decided to call the number on the webpage since I wasn't really comfortable ordering online and the repair technician was nice and helpful. He came out the same day and picked up my computer and returned it two days later fully repaired. I really liked just letting someone else worry about it and not having someone have to repair it in my home. I will definitely use them again. Pros: pickup/deliver Cons: none that I noticed more

I placed an order for a repair on the online ordering store. Within about 15 minutes, a technician called me and set up a time and date to come to my house. The technician was polite and courteous. He answered my questions while he worked. He was very quick with the repair job and upon completion, showed me how to pay for the service online quickly. About a week later, another problem arose on my computer with a virus that my daughter downloaded and I called Blue and Gold Computers again for help. Using a program the technician installed on my computer before he left, they remotely repaired the problem free of charge as it was in the 30 day upkeep warranty time. I highly recommend these guys and they will be my choice as long as I live in Morgantown. Pros: good prices. came to my house. repaired my problem quickly. more
