I went with a friend for lunch one day and it was quick service even though they seemed busy. The food was great and I even got something I didn't even recognize on the menu. I ate way too much and loved every minute of it. Pros: Quick service and excellent food Cons: can get packed more

Blossom is one of my most favorite restaurants in LA. The decor is sparse yet comfortable. The food is simple and delicious. Their presence in downtown LA elevates the local culinary scene. If you're craving a huge bowl of Pho to snuggle up with, this is the place to go. It's always fresh and healthy and light but never lacking flavor. The chicken pho has pieces of chicken breast, not gross greasy dark meat that you can sometimes encounter. The noodle dishes are also wonderful and super refreshing on a hot LA afternoon. When you're in downtown LA be sure to check this place out. They are friendly, fast and just damn good.
