I am really torn between rating them a 3 and a 4 star. I sprained and fractured my ankle last week, so I had to visit the ER. I was treated very well by the nurses and the X-ray technicians ( I had six x-rays). My doctor was really great. His name was Dr Willis and I felt very well attended to by him. He explained things well and got me out of there fairly expediently. So that's the good part. The bad part is that they referred me to an orthopedist and told me to go within 3 days. I wasn't able to get an appointment any sooner than 7 days later. The ER doc gave me enough pain pills for the 3 days. Obviously there was a bit of descrepancy there, so I called the ER to see about a refill and was told theyt would ask the doctor and call me back. 8 hours later, I tried again, only to have the charge nurse say the same thing but not even bother to get my name before she hung up on me. I know this is more a problem of gaps in the managed health system than with hospital policy, but it irked m
