I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has taken the time to write reviews (even the negative ones). My staff and I are very passionate about what we do and our goal at Bloom is to provide the highest level of customer care and attention - this is something we take very seriously. So when you are not 100 happy then we want to know about it so we can improve. When Tara called us with her concerns, we immediately invited her into the shop. Perplexed because it is extremely unusual for flowers, especially the ones used in this instance, to turn even slightly brown so quickly we jumped into action and did some research.
