In a given year, one in five Americans has a mental health problem that merits professional assistance and for which an array of effective treatments exists.     *Financial Stability. The Bert Nash Center provides cutting-edge,research-based services that address diverse mental health needs. These services include education,consultation and outreach services promoting wellness and early identification of mental health concerns warranting professional help. The core of the Bert Nash Center program is outpatient services for adults,children and their families. Seventy percent of the Center's services are provided through outpatient programs. Over 80% of all adults seeking outpatient services benefit from the opportunity for brief focused individual or family interventions. Most people who use our services find solutions to problems in less than 10 visits. The Center also offers comprehensive programs for children with more pronounced difficulties and their families (Community Based Services) and for adults with more challenging mental health disorders (Community Support Service).
