I am a street size 14, I called and asked if they had dresses that would fit me, the receptionist said yes of course and I made an appointment. What she really meant is they can order any size, but all their model dresses are made to fit about a size 4-6. It was horrible. They just wanted me to look at dresses. My appointment consultant was a very sweet, smiley moron. Thankfully another employee pulled the tacky 'plus sized' dresses they had. It was a really bad experience, I wound up leaving the store in tears. Avoid it at all costs if you're thick. Apparently only skinny girls get married in their world. :( more

My fiance booked an appt for me after reading a number of positive reviews online betting I would find my dream dress here for our wedding. The appt started off well when I arrived with my 3 bridesmaids and future mother-in-law, but then took a sharp turn and went immediately south in a rocket. We my bridesmaids picked out some dresses for me to try on and the sales girl freaked out. She was upset with the number of dresses they pulled and put them back, saying they were too small for me, but my bridesmaids went back and pulled the dresses again and turns out they did fit. When my future mother-in-law came into the fitting room to help me out of one of the dresses, the sales girl freaked out again and yelled at both of us like children telling us we had to wait for her to help me out of the dress, least it be ripped and we billed for the repair! It was on that note we end the appt and left the store. more

Good: This shop is amazing. From the moment you walk in you know you are in for something special. The selection of gowns and accessories is the best of any local boutique! The service is one on one and they take the time (unlike other stores) to get to know you and what you want as a bride. And I can't say enough good things about the staff. Never any pressure to purchase, they let me take my time and find the perfect gown! The best shopping experience!. Other: I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a couture gown in a boutique setting without the heavy price tag. The owners are fantastic and care about their customers.
