Amazing customer service 6/2/2011

I was apprehensive because I just walked in, butmy experience at Bliss was phenomenal. Etheny had a cancellation and got me right in, she gave me a consultation. She really discussed what I wanted to do with my hair. Didn't try to sell me on color right away, coninced me to go hom and think about it. Gave me an AMAZING cut. Melissa fit me in to her schedule for my brows. I would refer the salon to anyone. more

New haircut style for teenager 6/2/2011

My 13 year old has been wanting bangs. I shared with the hairstylist, did not want her to have the same bangs as I do ( don't want to look the same), don't want them to be short, and dint want her to look older than what she is... no pressure! They turned out great and her hair looks healthy, smooth and shiny. Good job more

Excellent service 5/31/2011

Bliss Salon is a great and relaxing place if you are looking to get away for a few minutes and take the time to treat yourself. Aside from the salon, the staff is even better. From the time you walk into their doors, to the time you leave; you feel like new person. Their staff work hard and cater to your needs. I come in for a simple hair cut, and I must say that I have never seen better service from any other companies such as Fantastic Sams or Super Cuts. If you have never heard or have been to Bliss Salon, now's the time to do so!!!! more

A little rushed... 5/27/2011

Always a cool and fun vibe in the salon. My appointment was moved to another stylist because the one I requested was out sick. The stylist I was moved with was very nice and we had good conversation. I was just a little bummed when time started running close to her other client and I felt a little rushed. No hard feelings, I know how it works. I was told about a refer a friend discount at the front desk; but when I mentioned the friend I did refer, no discount or research was done :( more
