I did a lot of price and product comparisions before buying window treatments for my condominium. After a long search........I found the Blind Broker to be tops in their produ...

Worst

Product was not delivered as promised. Customer service was poor; they treated me as a nuisance after my oder was placed. Salesperson did not return phone calls.

My experience with The Blind Broker in east Boca Raton was convenient in their comfortable showroom. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The total experience was professional from sales help in the showroom, the at home consultation and expert installation. They offer so many beautiful options and know what they are doing. I now recommend them to my friends and will be back when I need more shutters and shades. more

I recently ordered blinds from The Blind Broker. I don't usually review companies but I was so satisfied with the service I had to share. They really know their stuff and they really care if you're happy. They came to my home and gave me a quote and installed everything in less than 2 weeks. Everyone was terrific. I will definitely use them again. more

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I just had to write to say thank you to the wonderful people at The Blind Broker. From my first impression (they actually have humans answering the phones!) to the last, it was a wonderful experience. In the showroom, the lady I dealt with was extremely personable and knew all the products inside and out. I set up an appointment, and the gentleman that came out was on time, dressed professionally (he was wearing slacks, not shorts!!) and really knew his stuff. He helped me make some decisions that I couldn't have done without him. Everything was ready when they said it would be, and even the installers were professional and neat and clean and this whole experience was a pleasure. Great job! more

PRICE, SERVICE AND SELECTION A+ 9/9/2011

I did a lot of price and product comparisions before buying window treatments for my condominium. After a long search........I found the Blind Broker to be tops in their product selection and their low competitive prices, plus, a truly professional intelligent staff made things much easier for me. Save yourself a lot of time and money by not having to run around to other places like I did and just go to the Blind Broker! more

Excellent Products and Service 9/7/2011

My experience with the Blind Broker has been excellent! The staff at the Blind Broker was so friendly, informative and patient with me. I recently purchased a new house and needed to put in all new window treatments. Needless to say I was a little overwhelmed with all the greatest selection of styles, materials and various products this company had to offer. The staff was very patient in guiding me through each step of the process. I now love all the choices I made and my window treatments are a BIG hit with everyone who sees them! The installers took their time to make sure everything was just right! They measured everything with such percise detail. I am so happy I picked the Blind Broker to work with. Even the owner was exceptionally helpful to me, which I truly appreciated! Thumps Up!! more

Never do business with this company 6/17/2011

Placed a $3000.00 order and what a pathetic installation. Man came and could not do simple math. Tried six times to put up a track. When track was up had to move again since panels hit the window frame. In addition, one panel was bowed and he ignored that. Another panel was scratched. Waited to hear from owner for next move. Did not hear so I called. He said it seems I would never be satisfied. Lol....he tried to intimidate me with that. I said what's your next move and he hung up on me. Called back and asked him who was going to fix the 42 holes in my ceiling...no reply. What a joke of a business. Don't use...they seem nice but they aren't. Very unprofessional. Owner never even came out to look at the job despite our efforts to resolve his install and mfr issues. more

Beautiful shutters! Nice people! Recommend highly! 9/25/2007

From the moment we entered their beautiful showroom, and through to the day the shutters were installed, our experience with The Blind Broker was one of the most pleasant, least stressful experiences we've encountered in our whole decorating project. The ladies in the office were friendly and knowledgable, and the salesman couldn't have been nicer. He seemed to know all that there is to know about these products. We told him that other companies said certain things couldn't be done, but he assured us that we could get it done the way we wanted. And guess what....he was right! This is a company who really knows their stuff. The shutters are absolutely gorgeous and everyone that enters our home comments on them. Truly, it is a rare treat to find a company that does what it says it will. Kudos to the Blind Broker. We recommend you highly. Pros: Product, people, service. Cons: Can't think of any. more
