Winter Heating Checkup 10/18/2018

As usual, on time, clean and efficient. Staff is always professional. Communication is great, the office calls with reminder the day before, email the day of, and the Technician calls when he is in route. Always easy to find convenience time on their calendar for my appointment. Most of all they call when its that time of year for your AC/Heating checkup so I don't have to fret about forgetting to schedule that maintenance. more

Extremely disappointed with Blazer. I do not recommend anyone use this company. 9/25/2018

Blazer installed a York hvac system in my house. Exactly 5 years later, the coil failed and leaked all of the refrigerant out. Blazer's technician came out to inspect it and said the repairs would cost $3900.00 !!! He then said you owe me $315 today for coming out and verifying that the system they installed was shot. The system had a five year warranty and was five years and two weeks old, and Blazer would not make any effort to assist me. On top of that, there was a class-action lawsuit against the equipment manufacturer (York) and Blazer made absolutely no mention of that fact to me. BE FOREWARNED ! more

Maintenance 9/17/2018

I have been dealing with Blazer for over 10 years. Had new unit installed and continued with twice a year maintenance ever since. The have always been professional. Never pushed for anything that was not needed. All service techs have been great, including Nick who serviced the equipment this morning. Thanks to all at the office as well for courtesy calls as reminders for service and follow up. more

Emergency repair of A/C 6/22/2018

Blazer service was prompt and effective. Jeff, the technician, repairing my A/C unit was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He did a great job of explaining the problem and the reasons for the costs involved. Since he had the part on hand the repair was quick and effective. more
