Excellent...couldn't ask for better! 5/14/2011

We had an amazing time at The Blarney Stone! They hosted my friends Bachelorette Party on a Saturday night. The food was delicious! The french fries are to die for and the hummus was fresh and spicy! Great prices on food and drinks. They have a great atmosphere with a traditional pub theme. The staff were friendly and on the ball with our large group of giggly girls. Props to the bartender for making some delicious drinks for us! Even the DJ impressed us...very personable and gave the Bachelorette lots of attention and special requests! I would highly recommend this pub for any event...whether a large group for dinner and drinks, or just a quick appetizer at their happy hour. Way to go Blarney Stone!! more

Obnoxious 4/13/2009

Drunk, and rude bartenders acting like they own you is not my idea of a good time. I like surley service as long as I get my drink but the 4 out of 5 times I have been to the blarney the staff has been to drunk to know I am there.. I get drunk at work too, guess I can hold my liquor better. I know a little about service too as I have been a bartender at a local establishment for the past 14 years.. Guinness on tap does not make a Bar Irish 1/31/2009

The hanging of an Irish flag and a few old photos help but the rap music does not. Turning the heat off is a nice touch so as you chew through the over cooked fish and chips your chattering teeth more efficiently process the local excuse for that old Irish stand by. If this place was voted the ?best of? there truly must be no point of reference or perhaps we might wish to reconsider how we do the voting. Poor service great cider 8/17/2008

My wife and I stopped in one evening around 6PM to try out their happy hour. We sat down at a table and got some Strongbow Ciders and some menus from the bar. After enjoying the excellent, cider served at the perfect cool temperature we were ready to order some food. We waited a few minutes and none of the 3 people behind the bar came to take our order. My wife went over to try to order at the bar, but it seemed everybody was too busy to take her order so we decided to leave. As we were gathering up our belongings two groups of customers came in sat down and were immediately given menus and drink orders were taken. Needless to say this was very irritating. The poor service may have been a fluke but it was so bad that my wife and I won't be back. Pros: Great cider served at the perfect temperature Cons: Bad service more

Soccer and Great Food 6/29/2008

I stopped by just for a drink after work and ended up staying most of the night because the staff was so nice and helpful. I was having trouble deciding among all the good choices of food and I ended up having the turkey pesto sandwich...VERY GOOD!! After talking with some of the regulars I found out they show a lot of sporting events including soccer games. It has been so convenient to go somewhere so close to watch the EURO Cup and enjoy a glass of Guinness. Pros: lots of TV's and great food Cons: N/A more

i was at the blarney stone last saterday it is, a great place ,and has great music the bar staff are awsome the food is great! the drinks are good . the people there make us new be,s feel very welcome the happy hour is good the prices are good .so you all should come down here and hear some great blues music and have a guinness Pros: great area Cons: none more

Fantastic location right in the heart of Seattle! 5/7/2008

This place was one of the best times I have had in Seattle. It is a Irish pub that has everything you need, great beer selection, great bartenders, and an atmoshpere that just fits Seattle. The owner Martha came over and introduce herself to me and was very nice as I had never been in there before. I was just going in for a beer and ended up staying for quite a few and dinner. The food was great as well as the service. You gotta try it once because you will go back...Nice job Martha! Pros: Steel tip darts and internet wifi Cons: Wish I knew it was there sooner! more
