I ordered flowers from them, and due to a glitch in their computer system it told me that the flowers would be delivered that day, when in fact they were not even open. When i called them to find out what happened, they kept repeating "its not our fault", and would not even offer to give me a discount on the order. Very dissatisfied customer here, and even more dissatisfied girlfriend. more

Not the same---sadly 9/25/2010

I paid for but rejected an order because the flowers were garishly composed and of poor quality and condition. The owner never bothered to contact me. Not the Harrisonburg institution it was. more
