Fixing our flat tire...The mechanic who worked on my Jeep’s flat tire was very helpful. He made sure I was happy with the service, coming out to the vehicle in the lot, when I came to pick it up. He wanted to notify me that the Lug nut\Jack handle was missing when he went to put the spare tire and tools back into its compartment in the Jeep. I had mistakenly left it at the road side were I had fixed the flat the previous late night. His concern was, if another flat tire came about, I would have no lug-nut wrench nor jack handle to fix it. He spent his own time, looking for a Lug nut\Jack handle, calling local auto salvage yards to find me a used one to purchase. In addition to that, he replaced one of the chromed covered Lug nuts that I rounded off the hex corners, while fixing the flat, without charging me for it. Again, noting it will reduce future problem, if another late night flat repair come about. That is customer service, planning ahead and working to eliminate those concerns and possible future problems I might have the next time.
