In September 2012 we bought a used car from Blade (Roy M.) Since we lived so far away, whenever we had an issue, we would have to call and try to fix it over the phone. After having the car for a month and experiencing an abundance of water leakage through the door jam during car washes and rain, we called Blade and they asked us to bring the car in. We did and within an hour they had it in the body shop and Randy had the issue resolved. On the way out, Roy remarked, "Remember you still have a free oil change!" We returned home and ran through a myriad of issues, none which were involving Blade, but after a year of dealing with the warranty company we were at an impass so I contacted Jon. Jon had NO obligation to us...NONE, but he listened to me go on and on for over an hour. Put me in contact with his service manager and shop manager and he contactd the warranty company for us. After literally DAILY phone calls, meaning either I contacted Jon or he contacted me, for over 2 months, we were able to get a refund of the remainder of the warranty and have asked Jon to find us another car. The issue with our car is complicated and Blade held partial blame, but Jon was more than accomodating and helpful when he didn't have to be and it could have been a legal battle lasting years. Jon's actions means that Blade will kep our business for years to come. The only issue we had with Blade was the financing we did in house. Even though we had no payment due, they would call every 30 days asking for money. We finally had enough and just paid the car off within 6 months of purchase and that ended, although we did appreciate the in house funding they extended to us as we would not have been able to make the purchase without it. Thanks again Blade.
