We wanted to get in at the Prime at Bellagio but it was all booked, even on a Tuesday night late November. So, we settled on Blackstone's Steakhouse at the Monte Carlo. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Our server, Rene-Pierre, I think was his name, sorry if I'm wrong, was absolutely knowledgeable & professional. He was helpful but not annoying.
The meal itself was top-notch. The rib-eye was done to perfection, the sides were rich and satisfying, salad was fresh and flavorful. Try the cabernet reduction sauce for a real treat.
The wine list was also fantastic. Apparently they will be adding to it substantially in the near future.
When we couldn't eat another bite the chef send out an apple cobbler with french vanilla ice cream for our party of four to share. What a sweet suprise! You won't be disappointed.
