Upon entering you have a good view of the entire brewing process thanks to a windowed area. There are also tanks right out in the waiting area for you to see. The atmosphere is very dark and woody, and they have one of the largest collections of beer bottles I have ever seen! Since the place was already pretty busy on a Sunday night, we got a seat in ""the library"", which was actually very cool. You sit in an inset room with couches and coffee tables and eat right there, surrounded by books! I would recommend asking to sit there if you have the chance.
Blackstone has about 12 taps, and all are devoted to the house draughts.
The server was good but very harried, it looked like he was covering the entire bar area himself.
The burgers we ordered were both very good, and the fries were tasty.
Pros: Beer selection, Atmosphere
Cons: Crowded
