I'm the Civilian Manager of Creech Air Force Base, and Blackburn Pest Control has been my subcontractor there for a good while. They also work at my house now. They are very cooperative and willing to work around things in the house or out in the garage. I can't remember the particular young man's name, but I know he is very professional and courteous. I don't have any bug problems, either. more

If I notice a problem with pests after they've sprayed, all I have to do is call them and they immediately come back and spray again. Blackburn Pest Control were recommended to us for our second home. When we hired them, I had never met them in person because we live in California and the home is in Nevada. When I called them, they were so agreeable to meet the person we have watching the home at all these different times. We were having a remodel done and they suggested we have the pest control done at the same time to make it easier for us. They made all of the arrangements in a timely manner. When we had problems, they addressed them quickly. We found some scorpions and they actually came out at night and went out and searched for them. They found the scorpions and did the right thing to take care of the problem. They're wonderful; they're like family. We had been with them for about a year and I had only talked to them on the phone, but last month I got to meet some of the exterminators in person. They couldn't be nicer. They will accommodate anything you need and absolutely don't gouge you. They do what they say they are going to. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. more

Their techs, or people that come to the home, are very good. Usually they have one person coming on a regular basis so you can develop relationships with them, and they get to know your house and problem. Our tech is Brian. He is always highly professional, and always on time. They are efficient, helpful, and trustworthy. They are willing to go the extra mile for whatever is needed at the time, which is something you don't see very much anymore. It's nice to see a business still has value in their customer. Their prices are very competitive and very reasonable. They have different forms of payment you can do depending on what kind of service you get. Dwight is an excellent business person and so are the people that work for him. I can't say enough good things about that company. more
