I always use this company when I am in town. I often fly into SFO so having a reliable car service available is very important to me. They know the entire San Francisco area so I can relax knowing that they will get me where I have to go fast. Will continue to use and recommend to everyone. Thank you guys! more

Excellent Service to and from the Airports in the Bay Area 3/31/2009

They have excellent service from booking your transportation to the cleanliness of the cars/buses. They also provide you with water for the ride to and from the airport. I feel safe letting them drive my family and I and have for the past 10 years. I have never had them come late or not show-up at all. That's happened with other services I've used. They are thorough and are consistent with their level of service. Pros: Good Drivers and Consistently on Time! Cons: May not be the cheapest more

Most reliable service in the area! 12/12/2008

I have used Black Tie many times for business and pleasure. I have had no negative experiences ever. The cars are always late model and exteremly clean. The drivers are always on time if not early and the reservations department has never let me down with their knowledge of the area and creativity. I have tried other local car services that are less expensive but there is no comparison, it is worth the extra money to travel with Black Tie. Pros: Best service in the area Cons: none more

LOST MY RESERVATION! 12/5/2008

These people lost my reservation. They took detailed information including credit card info. plus a detailed muli-stop itinerary and then when I called back two days later, they had no record of my reservation. They were going to confrim via email and that never happened so I called back to confirm. They lost it and they have lost my business. So glad I called back to confirm. more

They are the best! 9/15/2008

I don't know what happened to that other person's reservation but I have been using these guys for about 9 years and have been happy with their service and professionalism. There was only one time in the million miles+ of flying that the guy was a few minutes late at the Int'l terminal. Even when my flight has been delayed, they're there. They are usually TOO EARLY to pick me up. I pretty much use them exclusively. Pros: Professional, dependable, comfortable low stress ride Cons: I can only use them when the company pays the bill. more

They Came Late 7/19/2007

I ordered their service, but they never showed up. I had to call taxi at last minute. Would never ever use their service again. Pros: nothing Cons: service more
