I have been told that the food here is good, and I'm sure it is. Unfortunately, I will never know, because we never received our food.
Arrived at 12:20 p.m. for Sunday brunch. Waited 10 minutes for a table and another 10 minutes to put in our order. No big deal. The place was crowded and we weren't in a rush. But 40 minutes after placing our order, we still had not received our food, even though we noticed that people who had come in 10 to 15 minutes after us were already eating.
I mentioned this to both our waitress and a woman who I think was the manager. They both basically said, 'Hey, we're busy today. Your food will be out soon.' Waited another 20 minutes, after being told by the waitress that our food would be out in five minutes. Still nothing.
Two women who were sitting nearby and had come in after us had already received their food and finished. One woman felt so bad for us that she bought me a Bloody Mary. She was much nicer and more concerned about our situation than anybody who was working there.
Finally, at 1:40 p.m., exactly one hour after we had placed our order, we left. My wife and I eat out three or four times a week and are very easy-going. We rarely ever complain. But this was without a doubt the worst and rudest service I have ever received.
If you receive decent service, then this might be a good place to eat. But if not, then good luck. Because the people who work here obviously don't care.
