Beware of cranky bartender 11/24/2006

Very cozy place with a great New Orleans feel. Great late night environment for a drink with friends, but the rude bartender we had when we were there (early November) really left a bad impression. Not only did he display poor customer service, but almost went out of his way to be incredibly rude to my group of friends. If for nothing else, this place has the best value in martinis anywhere in the city. The martinis are served full in big martini glasses. If you can find a grey goose this big for this price anywhere else in the city, go for it... the thing is, you can't. It's a decent little bar that is low-key. The yuppie guys do not live close anymore. The bar has a great feel and the write up is very good. I would recommend to go back and try it again. The drinks are very reasonably priced and it is a great place to hang out.... Let me know what you think. Pros: stiff drinks, atmosphere, jukebox Cons: fri only happy hour, no dancing more

This is a really cool bar. I almost don't want to write this because in some ways I'd like to keep it a secret. But the bar and bartenders deserve to be praised. Pros: Great atomosphere, Great decor, Nice clientele more
