I remember this place when it was ""Gatsby's"" before it was bought. One thing I always loved was the original old style bar. But it seems as if it was cut in half and modified, I enjoyed it the way it was. I saw some restaurant kitchen inspections of the place and the violations filled up a whole column in the paper. That column was only confirmed when I ordered some chicken wings and they came out RAW in the middle. I haven't been back since. I hoped that it would be a convenient place to go, but after inconsistent poor food time and time again, I've decided that I'll take my business elsewhere! more

Great place, good meal, good atmosphere 4/13/2011

I have no idea what some of these negative reviews are talking about- we had a great meal, the service was fine, and the atmosphere is really great. When you want a nice meal, but don't want to spend a crazy amount of money, this is the right place to go. more

You think you want to eat here, but you don't 9/2/2010

We went here for a 'farewell dinner' before my son left for college. My husband and I have eaten here before and knew the limitations of the service (e.g., ""remember: don't order the French Dip, it's all gristle""), but we like sitting outside, it was a nice night and we felt they couldn't screw up the simple items we planned to order and had eaten there before. WRONG :-/ more

Worst Business 5/18/2010

After receiving disgusting food and horrible service, I asked to speak with a manager and the owner came out! At first I was impressed that the owner was coming to speak to me until we began our conversation! He was mumbling and very unprofessional. He was very unwilling to help me make our experience more enjoyable and made me feel like we were in the wrong!! I will never go back to this establishment and I will spread the word that even the owner doesn't seem to care about running a business properly. Cons: Bad food!! Bad management more

Absolutely HORRIBLE 5/17/2010

This place was not only filthy but the people that work there were very lazy looking and rude!! I couldn't believe what I heard some of them talking about!!! The table where we were sat was right by the computer and all the servers seemed to hang out there!! Swearing and talking about everything but their job!! The food was very old tasting and the music from the bar was very distracting!!! I could also hear everyone sitting at the bar!! Everyone was so loud!! I hated every minute of being in that place! Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
